The Gold River Casino in Anadarko, Okla., owned by the Apache Nation, has deployed the Latitude Network Video Management System (NVMS) from DVTel Inc., Ridgefield Park, N.J. In addition, the Silver Buffalo Casino, also located in Anadarko and owned by the Apache Nation, has upgraded and expanded its Latitude video system. Both systems were installed by Alliance Systems Group, an integration, design and installation firm specializing in casino applications.
The Gold River Casino installation includes approximately 200 cameras, and in three months of operation, it has delivered what the end-user terms “incredible video quality” while meeting requirements of the National Indian Gaming Commission. Video surveillance covers areas with slot machines and the gaming tables. The Silver Buffalo Casino has expanded its system to include more than 100 cameras monitoring the gaming areas, sports bar and other areas where money is handled. Silver Buffalo Casino Director of Surveillance, Tanya Botone, contacted Alliance Systems Group when the casino opted to expand its offerings in Anadarko by opening the city's only sports bar and grill.
“I am pleased with the new software solution and my operators are very happy with the ease of use,” Botone says.
The collaboration between the DVTel and Alliance Systems Group has resulted in applications at more than 20 Indian Gaming casinos.
