Zebra Technologies Corp., Vernon Hills, Ill. a provider of printing solutions for security applications, has acquired Multispectral Solutions Inc., Germantown, Md., a provider of ultra wideband real-time locating systems.

Honeywell Security, Morristown, N.J., a part of Honeywell that offers automation and control solutions, has agreed to acquire Metrologic Instruments, Blackwood, N.J., a maker of data capture and collection hardware and software.

The Stanley Works, New Britain, Conn., a manufacturer of tools, doors, storage and hardware, has entered into an agreement to purchase the outstanding shares of Xmark Corp., Ottawa, Canada, a subsidiary of VeriChip Corp.

AGREEMENTS

CMOS image sensors from OmniVision Technologies Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif., have been selected by Zavio Inc., Taiwan, a surveillance technology company, for use in Zavio's newest IP security camera.

Access Specialties International, St. Paul, Minn., a manufacturer of access control and security systems, has integrated its latest product with Pelco's Endura and 8100 series DVRs and Access Security Integrator systems.

March Networks, Ottawa, Ontario, a provider of IP video applications, will collaborate with Sun Microsystems Inc., Santa Clara, Calif., a developer of technologies that power the marketplace, to market scalable, end-to-end IP video surveillance solutions.
