NitroSecurity Inc., Portsmouth, N.H., a provider of information security solutions, has acquired RippleTech, Conshohocken, Pa., a developer of data access intelligence systems.

AGREEMENTS

Tri-Ed Distribution, Woodbury, N.Y., a distributor of security products, has been selected by Clinton Electronics Corp., Loves Park, Ill., a provider of CCTV security equipment, as its exclusive North American distributor.

Bosch Security Systems, Fairport, N.Y., will support storage devices from NetApp Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif., under a strategic, global partnership to capitalize on the development of the IP video surveillance market.

L-1 Identity Solutions, Stamford, Conn., a provider of identity solutions, has signed a merger agreement with Digimarc Corp., Beaverton, Ore., a supplier of secure identity solutions.

Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America's Imaging Products Division has agreed with DICE Corp., Bay City, Mich., to integrate its DVRs with DICE's monitoring systems.
