Trustwave, Chicago, a provider of information security solutions, has acquired Creduware, Hoffman Estates, Ill., an enterprise application security infrastructure management company.

Perimeter eSecurity, Milford, Conn., a provider of complete security on demand, has acquired Secure Electronic Communication Compliance Archival System (SECCAS), an outsourced provider of e-messaging compliance to public and financial services companies.

Agreements

Physical security information management solutions provider Proximex, Sunnyvale, Calif., has teamed up with NEC, Tokyo, a provider of IT and network solutions, to offer integrated physical security solutions for organizations that require real-time systems.

Vidsys, Vienna, Va., a provider of physical security situation management, has partnered with On-Net Surveillance Systems (OnSSI), Suffern, N.Y., a developer of IP video surveillance solutions, to create an intelligent physical security management solution that handles security events in real-time.
