Multiplexing equipment

Bi-directional data channel

Through digital transmission, the eight-channel digital video equipment provides consistent signal-to-noise ratios. Data channel is transparent to data encoding and can use the RS-232, RS-422 or two- and four-wire RS-485 data interfaces. Multiplexer transmits and receives eight channels of 8-bit video on one optical fiber.

Wireless PTZ control

Digital 900MHz spread spectrum radio provides 50 frequency-hopping channels with four user-selectable sequences and an 8-bit addressing system to control single or multiple camera and data sources. Radio provides a license-free operating range for up to 12 miles with a clear line-of-sight. Radio comes with software to allow configuration of radio to meet application needs.
