GE Industrial Systems, Plainville, Conn., a unit of General Electric Co., has agreed to acquire all of the assets of Kampro Technology Inc., Taipei, Taiwan, developers and manufacturers of image sensing technologies for all applications.
Schneider Electric, Rueil Malmaison, France, will acquire TAC, Malmo, Sweden.
