Companies in the News: HID, Keri Systems reach licensing agreement

HID Corp., Irvine, Calif., and Keri Systems Inc., San Jose, Calif., have jointly announced that HID has licensed Keri under HID's U.S. patent numbers 4546241, 47730188, 50411826 and 5166676. HID has also reached an agreement to license its Prox by HID technology to Keri Systems.
Northern Computers Inc., Milwaukee, and PSA, Denver, have formed a strategic alliance to develop business opportunities and sales and marketing programs.
PSA Security Network, Denver, will hold its 22nd annual Technical Conference March 1-5 at the Renaissance Denver Hotel.
Delta Security Group Inc., Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, has become an authorized distributor of Axcess' ActiveTag RFID and Prism Video product lines.
