Hirsch Electronics Corp., Irvine, Calif., has announced the opening of an office in Washington, D.C., and the appointment of Patrick Finnegan as market manager for its federal government market. Hirsch has also received approval from the Ministry of Atomic Energy of the Russian Federation to market DIGI*TRAC controllers, ScramblePad electronic keypad, CR21, a proximity card reader, and NET*MUX4, a communication multiplexer with protocol converter, for use in Russian nuclear facilities.

Control Solutions, Lebanon, Ohio, and Materials Communication and Computers, Titusville, Fla., have joined the business partner program of Casi-Rusco, Boca Raton, Fla.

Keri Systems Inc., San Jose, Calif., has acquired Marlee Electronics, Philadelphia, a manufacturer of telephone entry systems for commercial and residential markets.

HID Corp., Irvine, Calif., and Versus Technology Inc., Traverse City, Mich., have announced the availability of the Eagle Eye system, an asset tracking product that integrates HID ProxTrak tags and readers. Also, HID and TVL Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, have released WiseTrack 5.0 Small Office, an asset tracking software application designed to support HID ProxTrack tags and readers.

Keyware Technologies Inc., Woburn, Mass., has acquired Tech Talk, provider of the Keyfree physical access and time management solution.

Siemens Building Technologies Inc. Buffalo Grove, Ill., has restructured the company's organization to create four divisions. Siemens Building Technologies now consists of the HVAC Division, the Security Division, the Fire Division and the Building Solutions and Services Division.

IDenticard Systems Inc., Lancaster, Pa., and Stromberg, Lake Mary, Fla., have formed an alliance to provide integrated time and attendance and access control solutions.

Panasonic Security and Digital Imaging Co., Security Systems Group, Secaucus, N.J., has launched a customer support program designed to simplify and expedite dealer and customer communications.

ABM Data Systems, Lewisville, Texas, has introduced a Preferred Solution Provider program, which is a joint program with select business partners to enhance the Phoenix software platform solutions.
