Securitron Magnalock Corp., Sparks, Nev., has established a Canadian headquarters in Markham, Ontario. The Markham office will stock the full line of Securitron products.

Alpha Systems Lab Inc., Irvine, Calif., announces that its PC-based, digital video surveillance solutions are now being carried by security products distributor ADI, Melville, N.Y.

C-Phone Corp., Wilmington, N.C., has entered the Canadian market with its C-Station and Sentinel video conferencing products. Dynamic Channels Canada Inc., Markham, Ontario, Canada, has been appointed exclusive Canadian manufacturer's representative agency for C-Phone products.

LRC Electronics Corp., Davenport, Iowa, has opened a fifth service location for industrial CCTV equipment repair in Van Nuys, Calif.

Diebold Inc., Canton, Ohio, has formed the Integrated Security Solutions Group. The organization will provide global sales, service, installation, project management and monitoring of original equipment manufacturer electronic security products to financial, retail and commercial customers.

Richardson Electronics Ltd., River Grove, Ill., will distribute the UF500 infrared illuminator by Extreme CCTV Surveillance Systems, Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

PSA Security Network, Denver, has become an authorized distributor of ActiveTag RFID and Prism Video products by AXCESS Inc., Dallas.

Systech Group Inc., Reston, Va., has opened a west coast regional office in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles office will be the firm's third regional office expansion in five years.

Pinkerton USA, Westlake Village, Calif., has reached agreements to acquire American Protective Services Inc., Oakland, Calif., and Boston-based First Security Services Corp.

Checkpoint Systems Inc., Thorofare, N.J., has completed the acquisition of Meto AG, Wurenlingen, Germany, receiving 98.6 percent of outstanding shares in response to a cash tender offer.
