VASCO Data Security International Inc., Oak Brook Terrace, Ill., has opened a 24,000-square-foot European headquarters facility nears Brussels, Belgium. The move to the new facility, which encompasses three floors of a major business center near downtown Brussels, represents VASCO's strategy to expand European operations.

PCSC, Torrance, Calif., has relocated its corporate headquarters to a 28,000-square-foot building on Challenger Street in Torrance.

SeNet Corp., Schaumburg, Ill., has completed its buyout of Thomas N. Hines, CPP, founder of SeNet.
