All information about the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) in the April 2007 article titled “The ‘Key’ To Data Security” should have been attributed to Lee Kissell, director of the Office of Information Technology Services for the Florida PSC. Also, the article should have stated that the commission has seven field engineers in its telecom division, 11 field engineers in the gas and electric division and 20 field auditors. We regret the errors.
