Honeywell to buy Westinghouse Security Electronics Honeywell Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the stock of Westinghouse Security Electronics Inc. (WSE), subject to regulatory clearance. WSE will become part of Honeywell's Home and Building Control Products Business with an emphasis on global growth through the dealer network. "This is a great opportunity to build on WSE's reputation and leverage Honeywell's technology," says Bill Prevost, president and CEO of WSE.

CSI to take 'control' of new corporate headquarters CSI Control Systems International has begun construction of a new corporate headquarters at Luna Road and West Crosby in Carrollton, Texas. CSI has provided its integrated information and control products to the U.S. Commodity Exchange, Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall. "Now," says chairman and CEO Wayne R. Stevenson, "we can finally put CSI controls in our own building.
