May 1, 2003 12:00 PM
Reed Exhibitions, producers of the ISC events, and SIA (Security Industry Association), the shows' sponsor, have announced the debut of the National Summit on Security conference and exhibition on Oct. 1-3, 2003, at the Washington D.C. Convention Center.
“The new Washington venue has presented the opportunity for the ISC East event to evolve to better address the needs of an increasingly complex marketplace,” says Dean Russo, industry vice president, ISC events. “The National Summit on Security will provide a business environment for dealer/integrators, security practitioners and manufacturers, our core constituents, as well as a broader audience of private and public security professionals, such as facility managers, human resource managers and government security decision-makers, to interact, connect and network.”
In addition to an exhibition, The National Summit on Security will provide information and education on emerging security and safety trends and issues.
The National Summit on Security will continue to serve and expand within the ISC events' core audiences of dealer/integrators while focusing on other emerging security markets.
