Proximity wafer

Transforms existing ID cards or badges

One-inch-diameter PVC disc wafer carries a coil and integrated circuit. Back label peels off to apply wafer to any existing ID card or badge to upgrade existing Wiegand swipe, bar code or magnetic stripe proximity readers without having to re-badge. Wafers can be programmed with any Wiegand-bit format from 26 to 56 bits.

IR/microwave detector

Anti-crosstalk system

Interchangeable core

Prevents unauthorized key duplication

Key system provides factory-controlled distribution of key blanks. Keys are stamped with an ID number that enables them to be traced to where they were cut. Cylinders incorporate five finger pins and a sidebar that prevents rotation unless all five pins are aligned.

Features: compatible with all types of hardware, 7,776 possible side bittings per keyway.

Electronic lock cylinder and key

Programmable for access control

Lock can be programmed to restrict access for authorized users to specific days and times. Cylinder records the last 1,100 events and key records last 1,150 events, recording each entry and each time an entry is denied. Authorized users are recorded by user ID, date and time, stored in both key and cylinder. Cylinder lock and key both contain microprocessor and memory. Keys cannot be duplicated.

Locks can be used with cylindrical or mortise locksets and rim or mortise exit devices. Locks are compatible with HID proximity cards or key fobs and are programmable using the SofLink Plus access control management software via any laptop. The battery is capable of enabling 80,000 cycles.
