Pay Increases trickle down

Have the increases in salaries for top security professionals (up 44.7 percent since September of 2001) trickled down to other security titles? The answer appears to be yes, as security compensation for most security positions has increased significantly. Do the changes suggest that work in security is finally transitioning from a job to a career? Here are some average salaries and percentage changes for various job titles since 2001, as compiled by Steve Walker, senior partner of the Foushée Group Inc., Fort Myers, Fla.
