Michael Rick has been appointed vice president of marketing and business development. Gord Loney has been promoted from sales manager to director of international sales.
Mike Scirica has been promoted to director of product management at Ademco Video, Syosset, N.Y. Stan Turek has joined Ademco as senior product manager for CCTV components. Joe McPartland has been promoted to product manager for digital video storage and transmission products. McPartland has been with Ademco since 1999. Scott Berger takes over as product manager for domes and controllers. Berger has been with Ademco since 1999.
W. Allen Fritts has been appointed president of Notifier, Northford, Conn. Fritts has been with the company for 25 years.
Blick USA, Monterey, Calif., has appointed William H. Wright regional sales manager of the eastern United States for its PAC Portico brand.

The National Fraud Center, Horsham, Penn., has named Dennis H. Walters to the position of director of consulting services.
Jack Woycheese has been appointed vice president for international relations at Gage-Babcock & Associates, Fairfax, Va.
Allied Signal, King of Prussia, Pa., has promoted Steven W. Heaney to vice president of business development for Southern California. Heaney joined the company in 1997 as district manager and business development manager for Seattle and Portland.
Ray Sooley has been named director of sales at American Fibertek, Somerset, N.J.
SAFLOK, Troy, Mich., bestowed its sales excellence award on Fred Juran for total dollar value sold. Juran, a regional sales director, also won the top producer award for lock systems. Rich Casciato, a regional sales director, won the top producer award for Safekeeper safe sales. Dale Mathias, vice president of multi-family/institutions sales, won the top producer award for total contracts and for Microcard sales.
