Brian Rich has rejoined Senstar Stellar, Sunnyvale, Calif., as president. He previously served as vice president of engineering and manufacturing. Michael Rick has been appointed vice president of marketing and business development. Gord Loney has been promoted from sales manager to director of international sales.

Mike Scirica has been promoted to director of product management at Ademco Video, Syosset, N.Y. Stan Turek has joined Ademco as senior product manager for CCTV components. Joe McPartland has been promoted to product manager for digital video storage and transmission products. McPartland has been with Ademco since 1999. Scott Berger takes over as product manager for domes and controllers. Berger has been with Ademco since 1999.

W. Allen Fritts has been appointed president of Notifier, Northford, Conn. Fritts has been with the company for 25 years.

Blick USA, Monterey, Calif., has appointed William H. Wright regional sales manager of the eastern United States for its PAC Portico brand.

Scott Zielski has been named vice president of sales and marketing at Recognition Source, Lisle, Ill.

Datacard, Minnetonka, Minn., has appointed Martin J. Kearsley as senior vice president and managing director of the company's newly established software division.

Jon Schacht has joined Greater Alarm, Irvine, Calif., as general manager of the company's San Diego and Inland Empire branches.

Pamela Rigdon has been tapped to direct long-term marketing strategy at RemoteVideo.com, Irvine, Calif.

Panasonic, Secaucus, N.J., has appointed Neil Heller to the newly created position of group manager for product management.

Laurie Webb has been named national sales manager of the contract hardware division of HES Inc., Phoenix. Rick Steger has been named national sales manager of the wholesale division.

William M. Sussman has joined Safewww Inc., Uniondale, N.Y., as vice president of business development.

Fire-Lite Alarms, Northford, Conn., has introduced a new managerial team. Pete Arneson has been appointed product marketing manager. Alison Derrick has been named support services manager. John Maccone has been chosen national account manager and Christy Nizolek has been named marketing communications manager.

Tak Kaniye has been appointed president and CEO of Aiphone, Bellevue, Wash. Kaniye previously worked at the Aiphone's parent company located in Nagoya, Japan. Harry Quanz has been promoted from executive vice president of marketing to executive vice president/general manager. Quanz has been with Aiphone since 1986. Marvin Holland has been named engineering services manager.

The National Fraud Center, Horsham, Penn., has named Dennis H. Walters to the position of director of consulting services.

Jack Woycheese has been appointed vice president for international relations at Gage-Babcock & Associates, Fairfax, Va.

Allied Signal, King of Prussia, Pa., has promoted Steven W. Heaney to vice president of business development for Southern California. Heaney joined the company in 1997 as district manager and business development manager for Seattle and Portland.

Ray Sooley has been named director of sales at American Fibertek, Somerset, N.J.

SAFLOK, Troy, Mich., bestowed its sales excellence award on Fred Juran for total dollar value sold. Juran, a regional sales director, also won the top producer award for lock systems. Rich Casciato, a regional sales director, won the top producer award for Safekeeper safe sales. Dale Mathias, vice president of multi-family/institutions sales, won the top producer award for total contracts and for Microcard sales.
