PSA launches elite group for companies

PSA Security Network, an international systems integration company based in Denver, has developed the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) for security systems integrators that have met strict qualifications for membership, including size of company, time in business, service abilities and industry experience, according to PSA. All members also must obtain PSA's certification, which includes participation in mandatory technical, sales and market training courses. Members benefit through incremental sales, business development opportunities and expanded market share.
Notifier Inc., Atlanta, has launched a company to develop and market the UniNet Integrated Building, Security, Fire and Facilities Management System building systems integration product line. The new company, Notifier Integrated Systems (NIS) Co., has established a Web site, www.notifier.com.
Insulgard Corp., Nazareth, Pa., has opened a laminating facility in Nazareth. The Insulgard Research and Development Center manufactures glass and polycarbonate laminates for a variety of security applications.

Customers of Advantor Corp., Orlando, Fla., now can obtain monitoring and database management services when installing the company's access control and intrusion panels, the company has announced.
Richardson Electronics Security Corp., Houston, has acquired Adler Video Systems, Glendale, Calif., a distributor of CCTV systems. The new company will operate as Adler Video Systems, A Richardson Electronics Co., and will serve as the West Coast regional headquarters for the security systems business unit.
Axcess Inc., Dallas, has sold its imaging printer business to Jean-Pierre Arnaudo, formerly vice chairman of Axcess Inc.'s board of directors, according to the company. Axcess plans to build its radio frequency identification-based access control and asset management business.
