Education: Electrical engineering major at Washington State University, electronics technology at USAF Technical Training School and Cleveland Institute of Technology.

Personal: Married for 33 years, two children, one grandchild.

Personal philosophy: A rich person is not one who has the most, but one who needs the least.

Leisure activities: Woodworking, sailing and racquetball.
