Education: Associate's degree in criminal justice; bachelor's of science degree in criminal justice administration and master's degree in psychological counseling.
Personal: Married with three children (two of whom are in law enforcement), two grandchildren.
Personal philosophy: If you always do what you have always done, you will always be what you have always been.
