Personal: Married to Sylvia for 31 years, two adult children and one grandchild, James IV.
Personal philosophy: Security is proactive, not reactive.
One word that best describes you: Driven. I am always moving, reaching, trying to get things done.
Leisure activities: Golf, travel, photography.
Most treasured material possession: A scrapbook of our children growing up.
Favorite movie: My new favorite movie is Titanic.
Greatest challenge: Living up to the goals that I've set for myself. I try to provide a security organization that adds value.
Greatest reward: No two days are the same in my profession. There is always something happening that is exciting or challenging.
Heroes: Those who signed the Declaration of Independence. They put their lives on the line for what they believed in, and it resulted in the United States of America.
