WMD Specialist to Keynote GovSec

David Kay, former Special Adviser on Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction to the Director of Central Intelligence, will be the keynote speaker at GovSec, The Government Security Expo and Conference, at the Washington D.C. Convention Center July 28-29.
Kay directed the Iraqi Survey Group that was charged with finding Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), leading numerous government inspections into Iraq to determine the country's nuclear weapons production capability.
Kay will speak on July 28 at 1 p.m.
