HES Hybrid Electric Strike
Apr 23, 2008 11:18 AM
The RF5010 Hybrid Electric Strike from HES Inc. combines the access control capability of an HID Prox reader with the physical security capability of a Grade 1 electric strike to offer users and installers quicker installations and better security. The 12vDC reader/strike combination is available in internal and external antenna versions, which enable installers to pull wires to a single location, rather than cutting both wall and frame. Developed to work with any Wiegand-compatible access control system, the hybrid electric strike also provides latchbolt and door position supervision. The unit is available with faceplate options for a range of cylindrical locks. Visit hesinnovations.com.

The platform acts as a repository for critical power, cooling and environmental data to provide immediate event notification to users so they can quickly assess and resolve device failures. An add-on surveillance software module can capture a visual record of people who enter a critical area and what they do while they are there. |
