Sargent and Greenleaf Mechanical Safe Lock
Apr 1, 2008 10:16 AM
Designed to address the needs in the government market, the Model 2937 Mechanical Safe Lock by Sargent and Greenleaf secures field safes, weapon containers and weapon vault doors that call for a UL 768 Group 1 lock. The stainless steel bolt offers 600 lbs. of force resistance and comes standard with drilled and tapped holes patterned to meet specification FF-L-2937. This ruggedness, as well as the three all-metal wheel construction, enhances its durability. The lock also includes a Spy-Proof Dial, which restricts the dial's viewing area to a small band of numbers. It employs the standard left-right-left dialing procedure, as not to compromise user-friendliness, and uses the industry standard for case size and mounting screw location minimizing installation time and costs.
