Feb 26, 2007 10:07 AM
The Tourlock StereoVision revolving door from Boon Edam Tomsed Inc. contains a security system that recognizes shape, size and volume in three dimensions. The system analyzes the measurement data, determines the number of people attempting to enter on one authorization and blocks the door when a violation is detected. The door has a capacity of 20 persons per minute and eliminates violator entry methods such as piggybacking and tailgating.
