The DVR5100 Series Digital Video Recorder from Pelco captures video at up to 704x480 pixels at 30 images-per-second (ips) (NTSC) or 704 x 576 pixels at 25 ips (PAL), allowing the user to view details clearly. The system displays video in a screenshot of one, four, nine or 16 images on PAL composite, NTSC/PAL S-video or VGA monitors. Live and playback video can be combined on the same screen. The DVR uses Internet protocol-based networking for remote accessibility through an encrypted VPN session. The supplier’s EnduraStor storage optimization technology and USB keyboard can be added to the system for additional video storage and control features.
