Arecont Vision Fixed Megapixel IP Camera Series

The megapixel camera series from Arecont Vision includes models ranging from 1.3- to 5-megapixels and offers real-time high-resolution digital video surveillance with up to 16.4 times more resolution than analog surveillance cameras. Images from the fixed cameras can be cropped to a 16x9 aspect ratio and scaled to 1080p or 720p for a true High Definition format. Up to four virtual cameras can be streamed by selecting regions of interest and acquiring them as separate video streams. Resolution is fully controllable, and it is possible to stream full resolution or scale less in order to conserve bandwidth. The cameras include support for power-over-Ethernet and an auto-iris control functionality. An Ultra Forensic Zooming capability allows users to zoom in after the event occurs in real-time.
