The DVU-1000 Streaming In-Car Video System from JPS Communications records  and transmits video of incidents to be used for evidentiary purposes. Information such as the date and time, vehicle and personal identification, GPS coordinates, vehicle speed and radar target data can be recorded along with the images on a frame-by-frame basis. The system also automates evidence archiving in compliance with the mandates of regulations governing the evidence collection process. Records of evidence can be securely transmitted using the system. Security personnel can program the system to begin recording automatically, for example when a siren is turned on, as well as to activate other peripheral systems automatically. The system has large on-screen buttons and icons to simplify video cataloging, searching and viewing. It also employs security features to ensure that only authorized users can access and control video data. Visit securitysolutions.com/productinfo or jps.com.
