World Wide Video Inc., Culpeper, Va., has offered to donate one of its digital video bank units to the Prince George's County and Montgomery County school systems.
A 13-year-old boy was shot and killed by the D.C.-area sniper outside one of the Prince George's County schools.
The digital video bank would allow the schools to capture and record video and audio for 15 days without the need to change VHS tapes. It can be controlled via Ethernet.
