Edwards Systems Technology Inc., Mississauga, Ontario., has acquired Lancaster, Pa.-based IDenticard Systems Inc. and IDenticam Systems Canada Ltd., Markham, Ontario.

IDenticard products combine facial, fingerprint and other biometric identification methods with networked computers, and has annual revenues of about $30 million, said Edwards' parent company, SPX Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
