Clinton administration Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) president James Lee Witt will deliver a keynote address at the Fourth Annual Industry Summit to open the ISC Expo/West on March 5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Witt, the first FEMA president to be given presidential cabinet status, will discuss his experiences with FEMA and provide insight into how the federal government prepares and responds to emergencies and the vital role the security industry plays in the success of that mission.
