Students at Western Kentucky University remain concerned about dormitory security after a man allegedly murdered a student in her room and set fire to the area.

Lucas Goodrum, 21, was not a student, and university police would provide no other details about him or his relationship to the woman he attacked, who attended school part-time.

Molly Sims, a junior at the 16,000-student school in Bowling Green, Ky., told The Associated Press that entrances to the dorms -- especially back doors -- need to be more secure. "Anyone can come in without being seen if they wanted to," Sims said.

University President Gary Ransdell said that all dorm security policies would be reviewed. "We believe the residence halls are safe," Ransdell said, "but we will question everything."
