Two executives are leaving Tyco International Ltd.'s ADT Security unit. Scott MacArthur, vice president of finance for ADT Security in North America, was replaced by Mick Lopez. Lou Sepulveda, manager of ADT's global dealer program, also is departing and will not be replaced. The changes took effect Monday.

Both men worked in the Boca Raton, Fla., headquarters of Tyco Fire & Security Services, of which ADT is part.
