John Gannon, director of Littleton, Mass.-based Viisage Technology Inc., has resigned to take a position with the Transition Planning Office for the Department of Homeland Security.
Viisage has said it had no immediate plans to replace Gannon. The company had seven directors before the resignation, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing in April.
