ORSUS – Situator version 5.2

Situator is a security and safety Situation Management software solution for integrated control rooms that enables situation planning, response and analysis. Situation Management is a unique approach that coordinates the interaction between people, alerting technologies and response actions. Situator version 5.2 includes a new capability for targets (from target detection systems such as radar or video analytics) to participate in providing a common operating picture. In addition, a new zone management module enables the detection of exceptions, based on target attributes. This means that users can now define new rules (ex. target penetration into a virtual geo-fenced area) as a situation to be managed. In addition, the new version also includes many new capabilities such as an edge device discovery module and a robust SDK for third parties to develop gateways to connect external systems to Situator.
