Data transmission system on one fiber
Designed for secure and interference-free video conferencing in large campus and multi-building environments, systems are compact, and offer FM-based, fiber-optic bi-directional video and two audio and data transmission systems on one fiber.
Features: audio formats include bal/unbal 600, unbal 10k and 47k Ohm; data formats include RS-232 and RS-422A; multimode versions employ LEDs.

The fiber-optic video link transmits color or black-and-white video signals at distances up to 1.5 miles, and transmits over standard multimode fiber with a video bandwidth of 8 MHz. The system is compatible with existing box units and standard analog video formats, and operates with standard 62.5-micron multimode fiber-optic cable and industry-standard ST optical connectors.

A 32-channel, digitally encoded video multiplexing system uses Course Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) technology to enable a high number of channels on one optical fiber. The system can be configured to transmit a combination of video, audio or data communications signals. It offers a loss budget of 17 dB, RS-250C Medium-Haul performance with a 60 dB signal-to-noise ratio, can transmit 32 video signals up to 34 miles.
